Everyday vs. Occasional Use—Tips for Applying Make Up
You are probably one of those women who do not know the difference between applying make up for everyday vs. occasional use. This is the common problem of most women. Since they do not know how to apply the right make up, they usually end up looking inappropriate for the occasion.
There are a few things that you should consider when applying make up for everyday vs. occasional use. Here are some of the things that you should consider.
• Facial Make Up. For everyday use, you should just use liquid foundation and concealer to hide blemishes and dark spots. If you really want to feel comfortable, loose powder will do. Just make sure you apply it evenly on your face. You can also wear light blush on to give colors to your cheeks. For occasional use, you can try wearing foundation with shimmer especially if you are going out at night. Wearing blush on and concealer is also a must.
• Eye Make Up. You do not want to wear heavy eye make up on every day use. You can use clear mascara to enhance your eye lashes. Or a natural colored eye liner. 5 MINUTES MAKE-UP TIPS
Want to look beautiful in five minutes or less ? If your hectic schedule won't slow down , then speed up your beauty regiment. It only takes five minutes to accent your best features with these products. Simple and natural looking is the way to go.You will be surprised at the difference just five minutes a day can make.
1. Foundation: The trick? Mix a little bit of loose powder into your foundation on the back of your hand. What it does is 'soak up' any oil and turns any foundation into a matte....apply only where needed, but most likely down the t-zone.
2. color: Cream blush, dotted on the apples of the cheeks. Don't forget to "smile" and blended back towards the ear so it looks real. Then dot a little on the lips, color permitting of course. And even on the eyelids, blended of course.
3 Final-eyes: Using mascara , you can both groom your brows quickly and dress your lashes. It is usually better to use a clear gel mascara on your brows as mistakes are easily made with a coloured one. So when grooming brows , clear any excess gel from your wand and brush your brows in the direction of hair growth.
Defining your eyebrows immediately gives your face more impact. Use powder applied with a brush or a sharp brow pencil.
4. Shadow: Choose natural-based shadows for daytime to keep professional and elegant. Using just two tones is a safe rule for daytime makeup. Remember that you don’t want your eyes to be too jarring. Use eyeliner in a discreet tone if necessary.
Just a touch of powder blush is all you need for a 5-minute make-up. The secret is to sweep it on using a big blusher brush.
The key is to choose simple looks, applied with a minimun of fuss when you are racing the clock ... in other words, simple steps to a sexy look! Try the following tips and get your makeup done in just no time.
